Do you have a brick & mortar store?
Yes, we have a brick and mortar location in Redmond, WA.
We are open Monday through Friday from 8am to 4pm PST for in-store purchases and online order pickups.

Do you have a store in my area?
Our location in Redmond, WA is our only brick-and-mortar store. However, you can shop with us online from anywhere in the world. We ship to all US states and territories as well as worldwide.
I can’t log in to my account. What do I do?
You can reset your password in your account. Log into your RespShop account and select “Account Settings.” You can change your password under “Account Information.”
Alternatively, you can contact RespShop and we can help you reset your password.
Your pricing is competitive. Are any of your CPAP machines and equipment new, used, or refurbished?
We sell brand new products from the manufacturer as well as refurbished and open-box sleep apnea/oxygen machines and supplies. All of our refurbished and open-box products are clearly marked as such. We do not sell used products.
To give our customers the best value, we offer price matching and price protection.
How do I cancel an order?
If the order hasn’t shipped yet, you can contact Customer Service to request cancellation.
If the order has shipped, then it cannot be cancelled. However, you can return the order for a partial refund. Please contact customer service to request order return. Make sure you don’t open the box. Customers are responsible for a 15% restocking fee and return shipping.
How do I view my order history and past shipments?
To view your order history and past shipments, log into your RespShop account and select “Your Orders.”
How do I make a return?
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your order. Should you have any concerns with your order, please don’t hesitate to contact us. If you’d like to request a return, please review our Return Policy.
How do I add items to a completed order?
Items can be added to your purchase if the order has not yet been processed in the warehouse. Please contact Customer Service to find out if your order has shipped or if it remains open for new items to be added.
Does my CPAP machine include a mask?
Our CPAP machines do not come with masks. CPAP masks come in many different styles and the process of choosing a CPAP mask varies depending on the user.

Will my machine be set up before you ship?
Yes, it will be set to the pressures indicated on your prescription.
Where can I find the insurance modifiers for my order?
You can find the insurance modifiers, or HCPCS codes on your invoice. Your insurance company requires this information.
Which of your CPAP machines are battery-operated?
All of our CPAP machines are battery-compatible. CPAP batteries are sold separately. Browse our CPAP battery selection.
Are you ResMed, Philips, or Apria?
RespShop is not affiliated with ResMed, Philips or Apria. We are a licensed supplier of sleep apnea and oxygen equipment. While we carry products made by Philips, ResMed and other manufacturers such as Fisher & Paykel, we are not affiliated with any of them.
Why are there multiple HCPCS codes for one product?
The HCPCS codes represent the parts that make up the product.
Why is the diagnosis code on the invoice different from that on my Rx?
Our invoices automatically generate diagnosis codes for sleep apnea, unspecified and obstructive sleep apnea. If you need specific diagnosis code(s), please contact us.
How long is the warranty on a CPAP machine?
Each machine comes with a 2-year manufacturer warranty. We also offer extended warranties for your peace of mind and added protection.
Does my CPAP machine come with a warranty?
Yes, all of our CPAP machines come with a 2-year manufacturer warranty.
Should I get an extended CPAP warranty?
An extended warranty offers peace of mind and additional protection from unexpected repair costs. You can lengthen your coverage up to a total of 4 years with an extended warranty.
